The diagnosis and treatment of vascular diseases has experienced the era of open surgery and endovascular minimally invasive surgery. With the breakthrough of endovascular interventional robot, the rapid development of digitalization and informatization and the application of artificial intelligence, it will enter the era of precise, intelligent and minimally invasive surgery. This paper describes and provides new insights into the blueprint of diagnosis and treatment for vascular diseases in such era including three aspects: diagnosis and evaluation, endovascular treatment and postoperative treatment as well as follow-up.
